katie and i were in a uhaul truck in ohio. contents included: two girls, two fish and a clay parrot. we left arlington around 8 a.m. on sunday, lunch was in washington pennsylvania with katie’s mom (delicious!) and then we trekked on to michigan. 10′ uhauls parked in semi-truck parking cause bursts of laughter.
today we checked out the frederik meijer gardens and sculpture park, unloaded the truck, saw some butterflies, ran errands for my mother, cooked, cleaned, missed afternoon tea, and made a HUGE dinner…..tomorrow we trek back to d.c….adventures to follow!
p.s. we did find the actual “burger king” mailbox. it is in maryland.
